Version 0.7.9 - Release Notes

CubeForge 0.7.9 focuses on reliability, with database optimizations, reworked deployment workflows, smoother imports, and more automated testing.

CubeForge 0.7.9 release notes

Version 0.7.9 is a maintenance release focused on reliability and day-to-day stability.

Most of the work is behind the scenes, but it should make CubeForge smoother to use and safer to update.

Database optimizations

Several database-heavy areas of the app were optimized.

Cube pages, draft setup, draft sessions, and cube editing should now do less unnecessary work while keeping the same behavior.

This should make the app more efficient, especially around larger cubes and active draft sessions.

Deployment workflow

The deployment workflow has been reworked so changes can be tested more safely before production.

Smoother imports

Import progress should now feel more responsive when importing larger lists or cubes from external sources.

Previously, the progress indicator could appear stuck during part of the import. It should now keep moving more naturally while the import is being processed.

Cube list editing

Cube list controls are now easier to use while editing a cube.

The edit mode layout has been refined so switching between views, managing lists, and working through longer cubes feels more consistent.

Landing page updates

Several landing pages were refreshed with clearer copy and layout improvements.

This should make CubeForge's draft and cube-building tools easier to understand for new visitors.

Small polish

Favicons have been resized so they are much lighter.

A few image references were also cleaned up to use the current optimized assets.

This release is less flashy than a feature release, but it should make day-to-day work on CubeForge more dependable.
